'Tis the Season to be Dandy

Dandelions are popping up all over this week, due to the fact that the weather finally stayed warm and dry for more than a day. Hey, I'm not complaining. I got to swim down at my grandma's yesterday.

Oh, and happy birthday to me! :) Officially 18 today, all. Celebrations are in order.

Spring Break

Spring break was pretty uneventful. Dad and Sally got two new kittens, Jasmine and Tabitha, for their anniversary. Poor Barkley had to be put down because he was really sick and had started to vomit blood. Poor kitty.

2 more days until Seattle!!!

Pear Tree Blossoms

So our pear tree has one of those odd year things where it will grow lots and lots of pears one year then not so many the next year. Last year we had millions of pears, so it goes to show that this year is one of those lesser years. Took some spying to find these beautiful blossoms hiding amongst the leaves.

Spring Theme 1: More Daffodils!

I took loads and loads of beautiful pictures while I was at my dad's place this past weekend. I took so many, that I'm going to be doing several posts dedicated to specific flowers.
This post's theme is, as you can clearly tell, daffodils!
There were quite the bunch, ranging from the regular ones to miniatures to ones that just looked a little on the raggedy side. Lots and lots!
